Hi, I had someone purchase some downloadable images from my site myRUNpics.uk which has been functioning fine for many months. The customer contacted me when the links didn’t appear. When checking the site and doing a GENERATE LINK admin function, I got the error that these items did not exist. I went in to GALLERY to see only 17 items from what was originally almost 1000 I think. I noticed that the BULK IMPORT PROCESS STATUS in yellow was saying that a bulk import was in progress and to click for more info. I did and I then had a page of only a further 35 items, some COMPLETE and some with red error FAILED – CHECK SERVER LOGS. I don’t know where these logs are. I bought this plugin to simplify the selling process. I have however checked view DREAMWEAVER software that the remote site has all of the images uploaded, and they are there. I have dug out the images my customer wanted and have sent them to them but obviously I need this resolved as my site is still live and I need this resolved before anyone else purchases. Can you please help.
The site had performed no update so its not that. But when I realised there was an issue and I noticed certain plugins needed updating, I did those to see if this resolved things and this didnt. I also noticed a new version of WordPress available and checked your site for compatibility with the WP PHOTO SELLER plugin and saw no issues, so went ahead with that. But didn’t solve the issue.
I am using the latest (i believe) very of WP PHOTO SELLER v 2.1.9 which incidentally I noticed is not listed on your website as the latest – 2.1.8 is.
Anyway, please could you help me resolve this situation. I love your product and it was been a breeze to work with until now.
Oh and i’ve done some screen grabs of the error pages if need be.

The plugin can’t just automatically delete items from the gallery. Something has happened to this server that has most likely damaged or deleted items from the photo seller plugin’s gallery DB table.
Has your hosting provider done maintenance work on your site? Please ask your hosting provider if they have backup of the site that can be used to restore the site.
