Free membership short code not displaying all required information.

I have added [free_rego_with_email_confirmation] to my page, but it only shows enter email address. Also I noticed that the membership start date is set to 1970. Any ideas?

When they fill in the form created by the shortcode they will receive an email which will let them complete the free membership registration after they click on the link sent to them via email.

Also I noticed that the membership start date is set to 1970.

Check the date, after they complete the registration.
