Free members can see paid content

I have emember and estore with paypal. I’m running a normal wordpress blog using Square. I’m using Thrive Apprentice for my premium content. When I sign up as a free member and login, I have access to all the paid content. I have already established membership levels for each page in Thrive Apprentice. I don’t understand how the free member can view the paid content. Any suggestions on what I have forgotten to do?
