Free download without requesting email details

Hello,

I would like to put a download button that enables a free document download without the need to enter name and e mail details, and without going through the payment process, but still only after approving terms and conditions.

Can it be done?

How can I ask them to approve the terms and conditions before they download?

The T&C checkbox only works with the cart and the squeeze form.

What you can do instead, is a for of “shrink wrap” agreement. On the same page, next to the button put something like “By clicking on this button, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions, in exchange for receiving this download.”
