Free download in eStore not integrating with Mailchimp

Hi,

I’ve looked through the forum and made sure that the Mailchimp username and password are correct, the list name is correct and the only field in the form that is mandatory is the email field. I still can’t seem to get it to work.

I would appreciate some help in this.

When trying to look at the debug log I get the following response:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/squeeze_form_debug.log on this server.

Hi,

Sounds like you might be having permission issues on your host.

Can you please ensure that permissions are set to 0755 for the plugins directory.
