Dear TEam.
I have the following problem:
When non members click on Free Content, the content and links come up. The instruction ‘Please login to view this content,(Not a member? Join Today).’ does not appear. I have installed it on 2 sites, same problem. I have completed all the steps correctly.
Not only that the registration submit button does not work.
Please advise
Regards
Gloria
You have gone to the “Manage Content” protection menu and from the “General Protection” drop-down you have protected this post/page right?
Yes, I have done that.
I have sent you an email to get site access so I can check it out.
None of your posts or pages are checked to be protected under the “General Protection”. What you have done is only allow them to be visible from the “Free” membership level which is good but first you need to tell the plugin which posts to protect by going to the “General Protection” drop down menu of the “Manage Content Protection”.
Make sure you watch the video tutorials from here:
I have just protected your “Free Content” page now it is not showing the content anymore.
Just read https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/wp-emember-content-protection-not-working-common-mistakes#post-18189 and configured global access – problem solved
