I am using a custom image for the BUY NOW button on my squeeze page for product ID 1: [http://www.kimberleyjones.com/shop/]

Although I have selected that the shortcode be centered, the button is in fact left-aligned.

I also cannot get rid of the line surrounding the button. I can normally choose a ‘0’ value for the border in advanced image settings when inserting pictures in the usual way but that option is not available when adding the buy now button image using a shortcode.

Can you please help me center align my buy now button and to remove the line around it?

    Thank you.

First lets use the following technique to center your button:

Let me know if that works then I will look into the image/button border that is coming from your theme.

When I use a custom button the field used to style the button is the same as all the “input” fields so it has a border when it shouldn’t and it looks icky having a border around the custom button. I’ve tried changing the main theme css sheet “where the border is being defined”, and got rid of the border for “input” but then the places where you enter coupon codes etc that should have a border so you can see the fields so you can click inside them to enter coupon codes, numbers, or information, are gone. Now this isn’t an issue if I don’t use a custom button, but it is if I do. Please help! Is it possible to use something else besides “input” for the custom button and style it separately so it doesn’t affect all the other “input” fields?

    Thanks,

Hi, You don’t need to add CSS for all “input” elements (that is probably not the best way to do this). So revert whatever custom CSS changes you did. Then share a link to a page (it can even be a test page) where you have a button with the border. I will inspect it and tell you what CSS to add so it only removes the border around the custom button (not everywhere).

Update: Looks like you already sorted it out here:
