Form Submitted but no Email, no Registration

I installed the latest eMember and while all the members from the old eMember transferred, new members are unable to login. The form says that the “Form has been Submitted” but I get no record of it on the backend and the user does not receive the email, an effective null registration. Please help.

All page settings have been assigned a page already

Thank you. That form is not an eMember’s registration form which explains why membership isn’t getting created when someone fills that form. It is just a contact form that someone created for you (obviously eMember has no knowledge of that). You need to use eMember’s registration form. Please go over these set of video tutorials that will explain everything:
