Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eMember › Form Submitted but no Email, no Registration
I installed the latest eMember and while all the members from the old eMember transferred, new members are unable to login. The form says that the “Form has been Submitted” but I get no record of it on the backend and the user does not receive the email, an effective null registration. Please help.
All page settings have been assigned a page already

Thank you. That form is not an eMember’s registration form which explains why membership isn’t getting created when someone fills that form. It is just a contact form that someone created for you (obviously eMember has no knowledge of that). You need to use eMember’s registration form.
