MemberHi, I’m running Form Builder version 1.8 and eMember version 8.7.9 The notification email is sent to the subscriber with the following message. However, notice the html code at the beginning and end of the email text. Of course those codes should not appear to the recipient of the email. Thanks for your help!

KeymasterJust to confirm, you are referring to the email that is configured in the form builder addon (not the core emember plugin) correct?

MemberYes, that’s correct. I’m referring to the email that’s configured in the form builder addon.

MemberI just noticed, in my original post above; the body of the email is showing the p tag in this webpage written this way, <p> but in my test emails it shows the p tag written like this, <p> Of course, the p tag should not being showing at all. Thanks again for looking into this.

MemberSorry, let me try this one more time. The p tag is showing in my test emails as $lt followed by a semi-colon for the less than sign and $gt followed by a semi-colon for the greater than sign. Hope this makes sense.

KeymasterThat notification email needed a fix. We have applied the fix and sent you an update of the form builder addon via email.

SpectatorI am running Form Builder 2.9. I am having the same issue with the confirmation emails being sent to the users. Each line is flanked with html code which ultimately shows up in the client confirmation. Please advise.

KeymasterWe have addressed this issue in the addon. I have sent you an updated copy of the addon via email.
