Form Builder (addon) – where is 'allow user to delete account'

I can see the ‘Allow Account Deletion:’ in the emember settings

– but as i’m using a form built using ‘form builder’

– how do I get this functionality into the new form?

The form builder addon doesn’t have that option at the moment. We will add it.

Can you advise me ‘when’ this may be available – so I can best advise the client on a temporary workaround.
