I am getting the javascript:void(0); error also. The thread above is 2 years old. I just bought WP eMember so this should not be an update issue anymore. Can you advise please?

You have a few JavaScript errors on your site which is preventing the forgot password code from popping up.

Go to WP eMember settings -> Pages/forms settings and take a look at the help text for the “Password Reset Page” field. Do what it says and you should be good.
