I had to try my “reset password” function three times before it finally worked. I checked the spam box of my email as well as copying and pasting the address each time, being certain that I had not made a typo. I got a confirmation message that the password had been sent all three times via the page, but as I said, third time was the charm.
Is this a known issue or is there anything I can do about it?
If the plugin says that the Password has been sent then that means it did send the email. If the email will arrive in your inbox or not depends on a lot of other factors. This post will explain:
