Force Customer to Select Variation

IS there a option to force a customer to select a variation before they can add the product to cart.

Customers are not selecting the correct size by using a default size so we made a variation that says SELECT SIZE and customers are still not selecting a size. It would be awesome if the system wont allow the customer to add the product to the cart until they select the correct size and/or color.

Perhaps, to get their attention, you might consider adding +$999 to the “Select Size” variation? Usually having the most common variation selected by default does the trick though.
