I’ve purchased the Lightbox Ultimate version since the free version was not compatible with mp4 videos. I have my videos hosted within my wordpress platform and simply just want them to popup in a lightbox when a an image is clicked – I finally got it working, however now there is a flowplayer logo appearing at the bottom of my video – I’m not using flowplayer and am not purchasing the license to have the logo removed. First, why is this popping up if I’m not using it. Second, how can I remove it?

The plugin uses the non-commercial version of Flowplayer. Flowplayer logo removal requires a commercial flowplayer license, which requires the separate purchase of a Flowplayer license key.February 12, 2018 at 12:18 pm #76617grantrMember
Hello, I have been using two of your other products emember and estore for a while and am quite happy with them. They work as intended (allowing my website users to purchase different paid membership items).
Therefore, I had confidence to purchase the WP Lightbox Ultimate to allow me to add my private S3 videos as an extra paid membership item for sale.
I followed the setup demonstration video by Keith. However, the suggested shortcode (click text to play) doesn’t work for me. I found the only shortcode that works on my desktop PC is the click-image-to-play “wp_lightbox_protected_s3_video”. On my iPhone 7, the shortlink plays the video, but without sound, and in fullscreen mode, it doesn’t allow forward or backward tracking. However, these concerns are secondary to my following concern:
I noticed the Flowplayer logo on my video, which led me to find this support ticket.
As I had paid for your player as a professional-looking solution to allow my site’s paid members to play my S3 private videos, I was expecting no logo to appear which would require me to make a further purchase to remove.
As I did not see any information about this logo or the extra purchase requirement on your product website, and as I have already spent much longer than I had anticipated trying to get it to work properly, I would like to ask for a refund for the product.
