Hi Amin/Ivy,
In trying to make a video of how to join my membership site (http://mp3travelclub.com), I’ve discovered that the Life subscription button doesn’t work anymore.
I’ve checked the shortcode and the product id and all the settings I can find; they all seem correct. But I’m afraid clicking on the button takes me to a Paypal page headed:
“Sorry an error occurred after you clicked the last link”
which doesn’t mean much to me. Can you help ?
Just in case I’ve sent you a username and login to your gmail address
BWs

Usually it means you haven’t specified the correct details in the subscription payment section.
I just checked the two buttons on the following page –
http://mp3travelclub.com/about/join-today
The one on the left is working fine and your other subscription button doesn’t seem to be correct. Can you please post the information you’ve used in the subscription section of the other product?
Hi wpCommerce,
I sent some login details separately to Ivy. She has told me that I need to to fill the recurring amount and recurring cycle even for a one-off payment (which I had left blank).
The button now works correctly with the following settings (charging the user 50 dollars once for a life membership)
Recurring Billing Amount -> 50.00
Recurring Billing Cycle -> 1
Recurring Billing Count -> -1
Reattempt on failure -> Checked
Thanks and BWs
James
