Fixed commission per sale rather than per item?

Hello! I use a fixed commission rate because I want to award my advertisers a specific amount for each sale, regardless of the sale amount. The Affiliate plugin seems to apply the fixed rate commission on a per-item basis rather than per-transaction. Is it possible to only award the fixed commission once per sale rather than once for each quantity of item purchased?

Commission for product sales via eStore is given on a per item basis not on a per transaction basis. I can potentially add an option to do this though.
