Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eStore Forum › First order of the season :) Couple of oddities though :P
Hi Amin,
A customer agreed to be my test subject last night. He said the site loaded fast and the ordering process went smoothly. But there were a couple small oddities.
1. He recieved 5 thank you emails.
2. I checked the records and it looks like his order was duplicated many times and he was assigned a bunch of custmer id’s. He ordered 9 items but there are 94 line items entries for him in the Customer Management.
Thanks
Jack
Oh…almost forgot. The Thank you page was blank when he finished payment. I tested this befre and it worked….weird
Jack
This is why I tell people to not to stuff around with their servers
I have never seen this so something weird is going on your server. Have you made any changes to the plugin?
I will definitely need to jump on your site to see what’s going on so I will send you an email.
LOL…I know…I know I added the APC Opcode…but that went smoothly and performed well. Other than that it’s been the same ole same ole…
To troubleshoot: I turned off Mail Chimp in the Auto Responders section (thinking that I might have set that up incorrectly)….and I removed and reinstalled W3-Total-Cache. I haven’t done anything with the plugin….just added products
And it gets a little weirder…The stats show total sales at over $450.00 when we only did $40.00 give or take a little. Lastly (whew), I ran a test order and when I returned to the Thank you page I got the following:
Wrong Product Price Detected. Actual Product Price : 0.0149Paid Product Price : 0.01
I used a discount code that gave me %99 off the total order for testing.
Wow….just thinking of that made me tired….if you guys were closer I’d send ya a beer
just replied to the email…thanks Amin
