Find and Re-Add Custom Value After Entry Deletion

Hello,

I accidentally deleted an affiliate’s commission entry for 3 orders.

For some reason, the program allocated a tier commission to his other account, even though I had the “Use 2 Tier Affiliate Model” checkbox UNCHECKED. I did accidentally have 3% stated in the “2nd Tier Commission Level” but I didn’t think it would trigger tiered commission without enabling this feature. I have now changed this to “0%” so hopefully there won’t be tiered commissions triggered.

So, I deleted the entries for the tier commissions, but I didn’t think it would also delete the affiliate’s main commission as well.

I have manually re-awarded the commissions, however, I need to re-add the Custom Value so the affiliate knows who the referrer was.

Is there a way to do this please?

The custom value you can’t add unfortunately. Custom value is something that has to be captured by our plugin at the time of the transaction. The total amount will still be the same. You can maybe explain to the user that for this one transaction the custom value will be missing.
