Fatal error when activing (need to remove encryption on php)

Hi Guys,

I am getting an error when I attempt to activate the plugin on my wordpress site.

My hosting provider has told me that for performance resasons they are not able to install this: ( ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so ) which would enable it to get to the base directory.

Are you possibly able to send me an unencrypted versionof the software or similar? Or is there any other work around? Please see full details of the error message below:

I don’t know who your hosting provider is but encrypted files actually runs faster giving it a performance boost (not the other way around).
