Fancy2 with more thumbnails like Fancy 10

Is it possible to have the Fancy 2 product display but with the extra thumbnails as in Fancy 10.

Fancy 10 gets a bit messy when there are variations to the product. The way Fancy 2 contains these variations options are more tidy
