fancy code not working

Hi, am trying to get my image thumbs displayed using fancy code. I have tried every combination i can think of, the one that gets closest to what i want is

Charlotte

Base Price £3.50

this is some stuff about this image. Not sure what to put but it doesn’t matter.

[wp_eStore_fancy:product_id:8:end]

However I can’t seem to get the thumb or the text to sit inside the fancy box no matter what i try. These are some of the variations i have tried:

[wp_eStore_fancy:id:8:end]

[wp_eStore_fancy:product_id:8]

[wp_eStore_fancy:id=8:end]

[wp_eStore_fancy id=8]

Have you specified the thumbnail image URL in the “Thumbnail Image URL” field of the product?

To me it looks like you are trying to use the fancy display with NextGen gallery. Please note that fancy display doesn’t use your gallery image as the thumbnail.. it uses it’s own thumbnail that you provide in the product details.

I have provided an image url which is displayed in the manage products page and I have put this code in the additional info box [wp_eStore_fancy:product_id:9:end]

Whereas before I was getting the fancy box without an image now I am not getting a box at all.

What am I missing?
