Fancy 2 displaying large gaps

Hi there,

I have downloaded and installed wp estore today (April 4 2014) and have successfully added downloadable products, however when I try to make the product page using Fancy 2, I get large gaps where there shouldn’t be gaps.

I have read the other related forums on this matter but the solution seemed to utilize a different shortcode than what I have.

The Fancy 2 products displayed correctly until I added the cart on the same page. Then I thought I messed everything up so I deleted all the products and pages and started again but it is still showing the massive gap.

If this is an easy fix with coding, I would love to know how to access that code from the dashboard of my WP site. I’m not totally computer illiterate but I certainly am not a coder or developer LOL.

Please be more specific about the “gaps” we are supposed to be seeing. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the product display when I go to your site and check it.

I also checked the display in Google Chrome and there are no issues for me either.

What browser are you using to view your page when you are having this issue?
