KeymasterCan you please share the link to the page where you have that upgrade button so I can inspected it?
What value have you used in the “Advanced Variables” section of that button? You can edit that PayPal button to see the value.

Member[http://www.heyukulele.com/join-us/]
User: test2
Pw: test123
I’m testing yearly premium.
The Join Now button is “email code”
The subscribe button is “website code”
Both don’t work.
Advance Variables

custom=[wp_eMember_custom_value level_id=4]
Thanks.

KeymasterThe button code needs to be adjusted a little, I have sent you an email to get access to the site so I can do the adjustment. I also want to check the debug data from the transaction you made earlier.

MemberHi,
I just tested your changes and it upgrades correctly now.
However the upgrade email is sent to the paypal email and not the user email.

KeymasterWhen someone pays via PayPal, the message/email is sent to that email address (the one that was used to make the payment). It is the safest bet to make sure that email is going to a current and active email address.

MemberOk. Thanks i guess that fixes the issue now.
By the way how do we put a <form> into a URL field since we can only use the website version of the paypal button?
Thanks.
