    Hi,

    I got a error:
Failed to communicate with the license server. Please contact us for help. Error message: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds

Tried to deactivate uninstall and clean install 3 times.

I did buy the plugin 5 april and used it on a localhost site, because I couldn’t get it working on the website back then blamed it on a old php 5.x version. I got it working on localhost and tested the plugin there. Today deactivated the license on the localhost. I did do Request a Plugin Update but both zips contain files dated 6-11-2020 so I don’t think there was a update.

I did the minimal requirements check. My webhoster told me to downgrade to php 7.4 for IonCube support. I now meet the minimal requirements. But still have the communicate with the license server error.

    details
    PHP Version 7.4.28
    wordpress version 5.9.3

Please help me how to get passed the license activation

Also question: when comes a update so IonCube is not needed and PHP8+ is supported? And how can i get a notice and free upgrade?

    1) Ioncube is not needed at all anymore. So that shouldn’t be a consideration.
    2) The license activation requires the cURL PHP library which is normally present on most servers. On this site it may not be present so it’s causing an error.

I will send you an email to manually check it.
