extra short codes not in list

extra short codes do not appear in list, is this normal?

Extra shortcodes appear (of course) in the extra shortcodes list

We have a lot of shortcodes in the plugin. We didn’t want to clutter up the tinyMCE popup with 100+ shortcodes. The most commonly used ones are there. The rest are all listed in our documentation.

Hi,

I am having the same problem – extra short codes don’t show up in the drop down menu, but I haven’t found a solution elsewhere in the forum. I’ve downloaded and activated the extra shortcodes plug in – but only the original, basic shortcodes are showing.

Something else I think might be related – when I add a ‘download now’ short code, ( [wp_eStore_download_now_button id=XX] ) rather than a button I get what looks like an advertisement for ‘Huge Domains dot com’ showing up. At first I thought, golly, I must have a virus, but my antivirus and anti malware software are throwing up nothing. And this is the only program that seems to be having problems… Any ideas?

Thought it might help if I got more specific…

I can’t work out why:

1. The ‘Terms and conditions’ text doesn’t align with the check box on my squeeze page [http://www.store.simpleenglishvideos.com/free-materials/] The short code I’m using is [wp_eStore_ssf id=57 template “1”] . No matter what I change the template number to, it looks the same.

2. There is a ‘Huge Domains’ ad on this page [http://www.store.simpleenglishvideos.com/success/] The short code I’m using is [wp_eStore_download_now_button id=57]

Really like your plug and would appreciate any help you can give,

Hi Vicki, Copy and paste the extra shortcodes from the PDF file that you can find here (look under the extra shortcodes section):

Regarding the terms and conditions not aligning… you have a few issues on that page. The first one is that you have a JavaScript error that is coming from somewhere else (either your theme or another plugin). Read this post to understand what I mean and then fix the javascript error (you can’t use the terms and conditions feature if your site has errors):
