I want to export all sales orders with customer and product details into a CSV file.
How can I do this? I need to create a report against each sale for each customer for a date range. It would be nice to have this in one big CSV file.
The goal is I want to see all the order details in a big flat file so we can manager details of the order. For example in an item I may have Small/Medium/Large Shirts plus other options such as color per order. I need to get this into a manageable list.
My site is here and this is a detail of an item: [http://www.sportslocker.biz/2012-wisconsin-lutheran-basketball/] as you can see I have sizes, name number options on shirt plus qty. I’m looking for a report to show what exactly the customer ordered per line item with the details.
Can you please help?

2. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and use the Export customers data button to export to a CSV file.
Another alternative is to export the data from PHPMyadmin. this video tutorial should help:
You can also export transaction details from your PayPal account.
You can also check the stats menu of eStore plugin to see if the info there could help you.
November 5, 2012 at 3:47 pm #50630mkintnerMemberURGENT PLEASE: I need to see the complete order details placed by each customer. And I found a table called wp_wp_eStore_save_cart_tbl. What is the format of this table
I need to see fields headings of each column because I need to provide the customer order details.
The next thing is how am I supposed to parse something like this? Do you have anything that makes sense? What a challenge in trying to import that table into excel or access of manage sales.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated because this looks like a nightmare to full fill this request.
Thank you in advance.

However, if you take the time to read admin’s response you should be able to find a suitable solution to export all the data into a CSV file. Yes, the data that gets exported will be raw data. There we no way for us to know which customer will want data in what format and pretty it up accordingly. So all the data gets dumped.
You can also take a look at the order management addon which shows line items for each transaction:
