I am using eStore v6.5.9 and i had someone try to use an expired coupon code. The system did as expected didnt take any off the price and told them it was expired. However when i look at the coupon page it said it was used once (no one else had used it) when i go to the Manage Customers page it shows that they used the coupon.
It actually adds the coupon code that a customer uses in the coupon field (doesn’t matter if the coupon application was successful or not). This why the admin gets to see which coupons are getting uses but I can see how it can be misleading too. I will change the behavior in the plugin so it only records the coupon code for successful coupon application.
The strange thing is that it showed up when looking at the coupon table that it was used too
This should be addressed now. Please get a new build of eStore from here and check it out.
Awesome. Thanks. I will check it out this weekend
