Expert needed

Hi I bought the whole package and am not an expert. I get some errors and I am not happy with the layout and need someone who can rapidly set this all up for me.

Is there a WP expert that is fluent in your plugins that I can hire to customize my site to my exact needs?

I basically want to set up the emember and shoping cart to work with some custom tweaks to the theme as well.

Any refer would be appreciated.
