I installed eMember when I already had existing WP users. When I go to Import WP Users to integrate/add them, there are no members listed or any option to bring them in or select them, only a Submit button which when clicked gives me an error. When I try entering a WP user into the eMember system manually via the Add/Edit Member page, it tells me that member already exists, so my wordpress users seem to be recognized by eMember.
But I also can’t log in using the eMember sign-in widget or via the Log-In page. No matter what user I try, I get a bad username or password error. I tried disabling my current sign-in. The log-in page I created with eMember is working. Or at least it’s there. Forgot password link at log-in doesn’t do anything.
Clearly I must be missing something! I don’t want to lose my existing users and don’t want them to have to hassle with re-setting their info and passwords. I have the three options checked at the bottom of the settings page to integrate WP users. I tried the above things with them checked and unchecked.

I’m having a similar issue. I’ve imported the WP members list 3 times and clicked ‘submit’ each time, yet when I try to log in to eMember it doesn’t recognize the user. I then go and check the eMembers again and there are no members listed.
