Exclude woocommerce shipping rates for commission

Sorry if this has already been answered, I searched and searched first.

I notice that the commission earned per sale to affiliate is including shipping rates.

Any code snippet that can be placed anywhere to make it get the order total value before shipping?

Using the latest version of WordPress, Woocommerce and WP Affiliate to this date.

For the standard integration, it should only use the order value for the commission. Lets investigate your setup a little more.

Are you using the per product affiliate commission addon also? What about the coupon tracking one? Please enable the debug option and then do a test transaction (so I can analyze the log file data). Share the URL of your products page.
