    Hi again,

Following on from my other post, which was partly resolved – apart from some formatting issues – another problem I’ve noticed is with the shipping charge.

If you add multiple items to your shopping cart it adds new shipping for each item, rather than a combined shipping for the whole order, i.e. 1 x item = £2 shipping, 2 x items = £4 shipping, and so on.

Is it possible to set a fixed shipping cost for a single order, despite how many items are added?

My website details are in my previous post.

    Many thanks.

Yes, you should be able to do that. Please check the 3rd option from our shipping documentation which should help you achieve what you are after:

Many thanks! That seems to have done the trick:

WP eStore – Settings – Base Shipping Cost = 2.00

WP eStore – Product – Item Shipping Cost = 0.001

Now with multiple items in the the shopping cart the shipping total stays at £2.00.

    Perfect! :)

Actually, i just did another test and increased the quantity of one item in the shopping cart and the shipping changed to £2.01. I’ve now changed the “Item Shipping Cost” to 0.000000001 and that seems to stop it increasing by £0.01.

Just in case anyone else had the same problem.

    Thanks! :)

In setting up flat rate shipping like this, how do you specify for US/Canada vs. International?

I need to be able to specify

    Priority shipping

USA & Canada: $7 International First Class: $15

Also, how to I add in a handling fee?

    Thanks :~)

    Use shipping variation:
