    Hi there,

I have a membership-site and use eMember with eStore because of the coupons.

Now let’s say a customer wants to buy 5 Memberships for him and his team. So he clicks on “Add to cart” and in the cart he changes the quantity to 5.

Now the problem is: After paying he receives *one* email with the link to the registration form which he can use exactly once. But what about the other 4 memberships he bought? Do I have to send the link manually to him or his team?

    Regards,

    Ivan

    Hi,

This sounds like an unusual case. I’m not aware of any easy way to make eStore automatically create ‘n’ separate memberships where ‘n’ is the quantity of the item bought from eStore.

Perhaps you can use the “Product Specific Instructions” field to instruct your buyer to get in contact with you if they have bought multiple amounts of your membership product.

You can put this field in your automated email which gets sent after a purchase.

    Hi Peter,

yes, you’re right: It’s not business as usual, but it happens (at least to me :-) ).

    I have two workarounds:

    1. Solution 1: I install a registration form on a “secret” page and send the link to my customer so that all team members can fill in their details. If someone else finds the form I can delete this member manually.
    2. Solution 2: I send a Excel-Sheet to my customer where he can fill in the names, usernames and passwords of his team members. Then I import them as described here: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/how-to-bulk-upload-member-details-from-a-csv-file-243
