I have two or more of the tag [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=3]. I want the download option to disappear completely after the user clicks on the second option to download. I know the option disappears after the first click, then after the user clicks on the second download option, the first option shows up again to download again. I don’t want that to happen. Is it possible?

No, that is not possible. The squeeze form downloads work just like any opt-in form. When you download an item using a squeeze form, it gives a success message. When you reload the page it will show the opt-in form again. You could use 2 different pages for your 2 squeeze forms.
