eStore + WP Affiliate – 1 time commission payments

I can’t seem to find the answer to this one .. although it’s probably staring me in the face.

I have the estore and the affiliate plugins.

My products are subscription products. Basically, I want to make sure that this is the default setup for commissions when using both the eStore and the Affiliate plugins.

When a customer signs up, I want to only have 1 commission payment.

I’m asking because when I look at the instructions on how to set all of this up, I’m seeing that you are using a regular PayPal button in your video instructions, with a thank you page as the return to track the affiliate sale.

HOWEVER I think (could be wrong) that the eStore + Affiliate means that a thank you page isn’t needed, it tracks straight through the purchase since it goes through the cart.

Go to the following interface:

WP eStore -> Settings -> Addon settings -> Affiliate plugin related

Now, check the “One Time Commission for Subscription Payment” field and save it.
