We’re having a promotion on one of our items soon, and the coupon code will not work.
We sent out an email to about using the code [Deleted] for a $15 discount on this item. However, it wont work, no matter how much we play with it. It was working yesterday when we sent out the promo. This keeps happening on checkout:

MEE One-Sheets (Priority) $169.99

Cart does not meet the minimum requirement for this coupon!
It doesn’t matter which shipping we choose. Other items in our store have discount codes and are working fine.
The first option, with coupon [Deleted], works as intended.
We’ve set up the $15 off coupon so that it applies to the MEE one-sheets (#119), and added the effective date as of yesterday and running through 12/31/17. We are running Version 7.5.3 of the eStore, with no option to update. It’s set up exactly like the MBE one above that works! We have not modified any code, and would appreciate any help we can get!

What are the specified coupon conditions? Is a screenshot available of how you have the coupon setup? Or can you copy and paste the full configuration of that discount coupon so we can see what all the conditions there?
What we have set up is as follows:
Coupon Code: [Deleted]
Discount Value: 15$
Redemption Limit: blank
Redemption Count: blank
Start date: 2017-10-24
Expiry Date: 2017-12-01
Conditions: Item ID is equal to 119
That looks fine to me so it should work fine. I will jump on your site and take a look at all the configuration. I have sent you an email for it.
Looks like you are using multiple coupon codes with the exact same name. So a code is being entered, the plugin is finding the first one and checking the condition of that coupon.
Coupon codes are suppose to be unique. So please edit your codes and change the name to make theme different from one another.
