eStore = Wishlist Member with wrong SKU number

Hi there

I am integrating WishList Member and eStore together with the correct SKU, secret, and POST URL. I do a test purchase on ADD TO CART digital product, after purchasing via Paypl, I get the following email with an improper SKU number:

Please Visit the following URL to complete your registration:

Error returned from WishList plugin! Command value:ERROR. Error details: INVALID SKU

I have searhed these forums for a solution with no results. ALso, I am using the latest versions of both eStore 7.1.6 and WishListMember 2.9. Why do you think this is not working?

I did some further testing, it seems the integration works fine for an actual recurring product susbcription with a SUBSCRIBE button.

The question is:

Will this type of integration work with an individual download product that resides within Wishlist using a WP eStore ADD TO CAT button? Or do I have stay with Wishlist member buttons for direct individual downloads for Wishlish Member product?

It should work for all types of button. I am not sure what you mean by the following though (what is a wishlist member product)?

OK. I tried the Add to Cart button and just did the Now Now button. The result was still:

Yeah I can checked inside your site. Based on the error details, it seems like there is a mistake in the SKU number. Are 100% sure you correctly completed step 4 from the following instruction?

You don’t have empty white space in the end of the SKU number of there is no type in there?

Umm…. I was hoping to get an update here. Now people are reporting that cannot even register into my member site so this situation is getting more urgent.

It turned out that you did have a extra empty space at the end of the SKU number that was entered in the reference field of the product.

Thanks for fixing. As you hinted on white space errors, do you have tools or suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future to verify ?

We added an option in the plugin so it will try to remove the space automatically.
