Tagged: customer input
Hi, I am selling a gift card product for a restaurant and aside from choosing pre-set values they want a purchaser to be able to enter a value of their own.
Can this be done using variations, or can you suggest a way to do this?
WP eStore plugin has an option that lets you collect customer input for a particular product at purchase time (for example you need to collect a name). To use this option simply check the “Collect Customer Input” checkbox when configuring the product.
Yes, thank you! Is there any way to force them to enter the needed info? In other words require that the input field be “not empty?”
@jcav606, Please apply this tweak and see how it goes: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/can-i-require-or-make-mandatory-the-collect-customer-input-field
Perfecto! Thanks you much the second fix on that link works like a charm.
