Hi,
I’m integrating Nextgen and eStore using Method 1.
Within NextGen I entered the following in the Alt & Title Text/Description” of the photo:
image
Price From £2.00
[wp_eStore:product_id:1:end]
and on my page I used the short code:
[nggallery id=1 template=wp-eStore]
This work perfectly see [http://www.gullicam.co.uk/gallery/michaelas-21st/]
However if I use a Page using this short code:
[album id=1]
Then there is some strange looking code within the image and variation ie size:”class=”shutterset_set_5″>
see [http://www.gullicam.co.uk/gallery/?album=1&gallery=1]
I thought maybe it was because I didnt use template=wp-eStore within the shortcode however when I tried this it still did not work.
Would it be possible for eStore to work with albums and galleries?
Thanks
Darren
July 19, 2012 at 7:17 am #47516adminKeymasterJust to clarify something… the album shortcode
[album id=1]
only lists all your gallerias (it is kind of like a category). The album shortcode does not show any eStore button or anything so there is nothing special you need to do for that. Now when you use an album it uses the default gallery template (not the eStore one) which is why you are most likely seeing the issue that you described. I am going to investigate this further and then I will provide you with an update.July 21, 2012 at 3:50 am #47517adminKeymasterWe have introduced a new eStore addon for NextGen Gallery plugin which will take care of this issue:

is it possible to integrate eStore method 2 into the galleries within a NextGEN Basic Compact Album display type?
Thank you
November 12, 2013 at 1:31 am #47519adminKeymasterNo, we don’t have that option currently. We would look into expanding the nextgen gallery integration but too many of our users are complaining about NextGen gallery plugin. So if you have a lot of photos and need an adavanced photo selling solution then take a look at the photo seller plugin (it works all by itself):

November 12, 2013 at 11:56 am #47520CamillaMemberHi,
I’ve just been trying it out and there doesn’t seem to be a short code to put into my already existing pages.
I don’t want to change the lay out of my website to the ‘Photo Gallery’ title that is on offer, also the photos aren’t showing in the gallery that i tried out…
Is this pluggin compatible with all themes?
many thanks
November 12, 2013 at 3:39 pm #47521mbrsolutionSpectatorHi Camilla, have you created some galleries? If you have then try the following shortcode
[WPS_photo_gallery id=”1″ template=”2″]…..remember to change the id number.
You can put the gallery on any WordPress post or page. The plugin automatically creates a page for you when you create a gallery but you don’t have to use that.
Kind regards
