Tagged: multi currency, multi-currency addon
I have the multi-currency add on installed and it has been working great. But I just sold some products and the email that the customer received displayed the wrong currency symbol and country abbreviation.
My customer purchased everything in USD but the email showed it with a £ symbol and GBP as the currency sold in.
I am using the {product_details} code in my email so there is no way for me to change it. Can you please look into this and find a way for these details to take into account the currency that was chosen through the multi-currency addon?
Thank you!
Can someone please reply to my post?
Thank you!
Hi, we have been able to fix the issue. I have emailed you the updated plugins with instructions. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
