I would like to use one paypal account for purchasing products and a separate paypal account for subscriptions, is this possible?

Hi,

You can specify the PayPal email address of your other account if you had a subscription product (or you are using a “Buy Now” button).

You can do this by going to the “Buy Now or Subscription Type Button Specific Settings” section of your product configuration and specifying a different PayPal email address for that product.
