I would like to set up the estore in a way so that it requires users to register first for one of the three levels (monthly, semi-annualy, anually) before they pay using paypal. Is there an option to show the registration form on separate pages (depending on the level) before they are directed to paypal?
I am guessing you want to use the registration process #3.1 (please refer to the following documentation):

It tells you how to setup emember so the user have to register for a basic account first then they can pay using any payment button.
