I am trying to install an updated version of eStore. I deleted the old plugin and downloaded the file but when I try to install the new file using the WordPress uploader I get the error “Unable to create directory uploads/2019/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”
I was able to install a different plugin successfully so I know the directory is writable.
The site is WordPress 5.2.1 with the Avada theme on a Bluehost server. I also confirmed with Bluehost that the directory is writable. The website url is photodiveinternational.com
when I try to install the new file using the WordPress uploader I get the error “Unable to create directory uploads/2019/06
Did you use these instructions:

This is an issue with your server. The following tutorial should help you address this:

Thanks, that fixed it. The site had been moved and had the old file path still in Settings
