I am just wondering if there is a simple way to tie in a manual form for user information combined with a ‘buy it now’ of a product being sold.

I have purchased the eStore Manual Checkout form builder

You want to use Manual Checkout with a Buy Now button? Use a “Gateway Specific” Buy Now button:
