    Hi,

Here’s the text that works when I manually enter it into the Additional Product Details / Product Description field:

<span class=”bodytext”>A guy calls saying he taught his dog to bark the alphabet – and he can demonstrate to your listeners how they can do the same with their dogs. We hear him and his dog on the phone – it doesn’t go well.<img src=”http://www.funnyphoners.com/images/funny_phoners/spacer-trans-4wx8h.gif”><span class=”bodytextlgboor”>LISTEN TO A PARTIAL SAMPLE</span><img src=”http://www.funnyphoners.com/images/funny_phoners/spacer-trans-4wx8h.gif”>%5Bwp_eStore_audio_player src =”http://funnyphoners.com/samples/Dog_Bark_Alphabet_SAMPLE.mp3″%5D<img src=”http://www.funnyphoners.com/images/funny_phoners/spacer-trans-4wx8h.gif”>Click “Add to Cart” to purchase “Dog Can Bark The Alphabet”. You’ll be transferred immediately to a page with a download link for a zip file which contains the full mp3 and a pdf-format script of the audio. The download link will also be sent by email. If you experience any difficulties, please email funnyphoners@gmail.com.</span>

If I enter the above in the Product Description field of products.cvs, the audio sample link does not work, and the description appears messed up.

How should I be handling the text in the cvs field that includes quotation marks?

    Thanks!

You have a slightly complex data so use the approach shown in the following video tutorial (don’t use the CSV to DB plugin):
