Hi, With the Trial Billing period is it possible to have billing start on a particular date rather than after a period of time ?

I want to have a product that is free at the moment but billing commences monthly from the 1st April regardless of whether they sign up now or 28th March.

Is this possible?

PayPal doesn’t offer any option for that so this will need a custom solution for your particular setup.

A custom script will be needed that dynamically calculates the trial period duration based on your criteria for each user (when they go to make the payment). If you are interested I could look into doing a custom solution maybe:

i want to have subscription with trial billing of 0 and then 70$. is it possible? do i simply enter 0?

@royhenig, It depends on the payment gateway. Which payment gateway are you using?

In that case you can enter 0 in the trial amount field.
