Hi, I have a problem with transactions between eStore and Paypal.
When I purchase my test product, everything goes fine and I log in to Paypal and payment process goes ok.
Then, as the seller I receive an email:
WP eStore – Payment Verification Failed!
This is a notification email from the eStore plugin letting you know that a payment verification failed.
Please fully read this email as it will explain everything you need to know to address any issue(s) that maybe occuring (if there are any)!
The post payment verification for a payment notification failed. This could happen for one of the following reasons:
1. The fund for the payment have not cleared in PayPal yet (no need to do anything as the digital product will be delivered once the fund clears).
2. Someone maybe trying to scam a purchase! (no worries… WP eStore got your back
3. You have made a mistake somewhere (please see the failure reason section below to find out more details about this).
The following section has more details on why this failure occurred.

The transaction failed for the following reason…
Funds have not been cleared yet. Product(s) will be delivered when the funds clear!

If you have received a pending payment meaning the funds have not cleared for this payment and you don’t know the reason then this link should help

Then I have to login to Paypal and “ACCEPT” the payment.
When I accept it, the purchase is completed, buyer and seller receive the corresponding emails and the money transfers to my Paypal.
How can I make this “ACCEPT PAYMENT” automatically so i don’t need to login and accept each payment manually? I can not find any setting on eStore or Paypal about this issue.

Did you check the link that was included in the email, to see if any of those cases applies to you?

PayPal in their infinite wisdom, decided for whatever reason, that manual intervention was required. You should call them and specifically ask them to examine that particular transaction and tell you what happened. Sometimes, that happens to me when somebody pays me in a foreign currency instead of USD. But every case is different.
Just to clarify, this payment being held for manual review/acceptance is something PayPal does (not the plugin). So this is something you need to ask PayPal support and they will be able to look at your account and sort it out. The plugin just does’t process the sale until it is fully clear (this for your own security).
