eStore Table Rate Tax Addon – Remove all countries except UK

Hi, Is it possible to removed all countries from the “eStore Table Rate Tax Addon” except the UK?

You’d have to manually edit the get_country_list() function in the estore-table-rate-tax.php file of the addon.

Please remember to backup the original file.
