Tagged: coupon stacking, multiple coupons
Having checked https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/estore-multiple-coupons-per-checkout-allow-coupon-stacking, I see ‘You can stack a normal coupon with an automatic discount.’
I have a 20% automatic discount for quantity over 1 – ‘BRINGAFRIEND’.
I have a 90% coupon code – MAILINGLIST.
Both ticket types are in the category ID 1 and both coupon codes are set up to discount only product category ID 1.
My problem is that the automatic discount currently seems to override the 90% coupon code. Any idea what is wrong here?
Site: nodicecollective.com/tickets/
Current version of eStore and wordpress.
Thanks.
Please provide a live URL link to your site and the steps that we can use to observe this behavior.
I did: nodicecollective.com/tickets/
Add two tickets to cart then enter ‘MAILINGLIST’ coupon code. the 90% discount associated with the MAILINGLIST coupon code is not applied.
If those were normal coupons, it shouldn’t have an issue. I think the condition in the coupon (the category ID condition) is causing some issue there. I would like to check your admin setup. I have sent you an email for it.
Update: It looks like the coupon stacking feature got disabled on your
site. I have just activated it again by using the following:
define(‘WP_ESTORE_ALLOW_COUPON_STACKING’, ‘1’);
And the coupon gets applied now.
