eStore Squeeze Page Plugin Raw HTML Code?

I love how the Squeeze page plugin works but I’d like to know the raw form code that’s generated so I can use it other plugins that require it. I understand that I would need to set the product ID when doing it that way.

Is this possible?

Use the shortcode on a newly created WordPress post or page (only keep the shortcode and nothing else on this page). Now you can preview this page and view the HTML source for it.

Thanks, one question:

I notice the hidden input for grabbing the IP address of the visitor and it has my ip address filled in. Do you know what value would be there before it actually grabs the ip address? I’m sure it can be omitted but it would be nice to know.

It gets the IP address from PHP. I can’t see how you will get it from a HTML page.
