eStore: Squeeze form + Thank You Splash Page

Hi there

I originally had used a Mailchimp code for a squeeze page and download. However my main concern was that the process did not protect the source file, and therefore would be bypassable or forwardable.

So I looked for encrypted expiring links.

The problem I face is that the system is so efficient I miss the critical step I am looking for in my sign up process.

1. Visitor enters details for free download.

2. A ‘Thank you’ splash page appears (or is redirected to) that says as much and suggest the visitor click ‘like’ on facebookor follow on twitter etc.

3. User receives email with expiring link.

4. The download page doubles as an advertisement for a cheap discounted upgrade to accompany the free product.

Is there a way this can be achieved with this software?

I would really appreciate some guidance here.

That worked out ok,

The user is directed to a thank yoiu page after submitting their info.

The person receives an email with the encrypted download link.

The only 1/2 star is that the download itself is not a 2-step process and occurs immediately on the clicking of the link. (That’s great efficiency, but it has no leverage)

I suppose I can jerry-rig the ‘download’ email to double as my ‘upgrade the product’ pitch, or even as a last resort convert the thank you page into being such.

I’m all for a smooth online experience, but I wanted to offer the user the option to upgrade *after* they have made the decision to collect the product for free.
